• The Commentary to Forestry Code has been developed by the PLRC research group under the editorship of Prof. A. Yalbulganov for the "Consultant-Plus" law reference system.
• The PLRC Director Prof. A. Kozyrin and Leading researcher A. Yalbulganov visited Tajikistan in July, 2010, having meetings with Prof. N. Saidov, Rector, National University of Tajikistan, and Prof. M. Rakhimov, Director, National legislation center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

• Prof. A. Kozyrin delivered report on Islamic Finance in the System of Russian Education at the international conference «Islamic Finance: Development in Russia», taken place on June 7th, Crocus Expo conference hall, Moscow.
• Thesys on "Organization of sectoral financial control in the USA" by the PLRC researcher D. Korf was presented at the International conference, held by the Ukranian Banking Academy of the National Bank of Ukraine (Sumi, Ukraine). - May 2010

• Prof. Anne Gazier, University Paris X - Nanter delivered scientific report on "Contemporary public law: Russia and France" in the Publec Law Research Centre.
• Prof. A. Yalbulganov took part in the work of the 3rd Neva International Ecology Congress. He delivered report on the «Legal protection of forests and water: the way towards environmental safety» at the round-table session on «Ecology as a sphere of global cooperation».
